We are looking for the following characteristics and qualifications.
- Experience working with seniors in the home care setting.
- Proper certification for the position for which you are applying.
- Desire to spend quality time one-on-one with a client to ensure all care is client-centered.
- Passion for promoting the health and independence of seniors.
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to go the extra mile for your clients.
- CPR & first aid training
- Vulnerable sector police check
- Up to date immunizations and TB test
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Access to a smartphone to utilize GPS clock in/out technology.
- Three references
- Fluency in another language is a strong asset.
